For example Real Madrid in the year 2019/ 2020 were allowed to spend 573 million Euros on players yearly wages or 403 million pounds now it is cut drastically to 300 million euros or 255 million pounds.
Barcelona 573 million pounds to 225 million pounds.
Failing which new players will nt be registered by the La Liga ,
Plese note te debt of Barcelona and Lionel Messi has nothing to do with it.
