The very big question I ask here to the Spanish La liga and the president of the La Liga Javier Tebas , is this now that he has gone and put a salary cap on the wages book of the football clubs in Spain.
So it becomes extremely difficult to buy players .
But according to the Spanish Employment law , every employee in Spain must have a buy out clause in their signed contract.
But now with this salary cap on the wages of clubs.
All clubs will be breaking his law. Why should a buy out clause then be on a contract after all.?
