SO WHAT DID THE COMMERCIAL COURT IN MADRID SAY ABOUT THE EUROPEAN SUPER LEAGUE?

 Twelve clubs Arsenal, Liverpool, Chelsea, Manchester City, Manchester United, , Tottenham Hotspurs, A.C.Milan, Inter Milan, Juventus,Real Madrid, Barcelona  and Atletico Madrid had formed the European Super League, but it collapsed in two days.

 While U.E.F.A  and F.I.F.A were keen to fine the clubs,ban them from playing in  the  champion league, and from World Cup and the Euro Cup.And te clubs should face disciplinary  action with big fines.

 But the European Super League filed a case in the Commercial Court in Madrid Spain..

Now the Judge  of the Commercial court as come and said that  U.E.F. and F.I.F.A , can not dissolve the European Super League,or fine each club 100, one hundred million Euros, no banning, fining, restricting players  or managers will be tolerated, and no blocking players playing for their countries at Euro Cup, World cup or Copa America. They also warned the English F.A, te Spanish La Liga and the Italian F.A. from taking any action  against these clubs as these F.a wanted to fine ban and demote clubs .

 The president of La Liga Javier Tebas wanted to throw Real Madrid and Barcelona  out of the la Liga, and he already saying they will nit  register Lionel messi.new contract unless Barcelona trim their wages, Barcelona are selling players and terminating contracts  to trim their wages.He is jiust showinganger on Barcelona.

 The Judge had really  very harsh words for U.E.F.and F.I.F.A , he had told them   before the preliminary hearing  that  no action or fine and ban should be given till the court case is finished but these two have disobey orders that nothing should be done to intimate  the hearing of the case.

 This was a very big win for the European Super League, and a very , very tight slap on the face for U.E.F.a and F.I.F.A.

 Now the case has   been  transferred to the  European COURT OF JUSTICE,and will take a few more  months to end.
