THE EUROPEAN COURT OF JUSTICE IN THE E.. U ,HAS TOLD THIS TO THE COMMERCIAL COURT IN MADRID SPAIN

 Now tat the EUROPEAN SUPER LEAGUE, had earlier  filed a case against U.R.F.A and F.I.F.A, the case was filed in the commercial court in Madrid Spain .

 But the Judge said that  he will have to send a referral to the United Court of Justice  in the E.U., as he said tat if he gave a decision on the case  it would apply only in Spain., But if the case is filed in the   European court of justice, then the decision will be for all of Europe.

 He also requested the European court of justice  to do a fast  track in this particular case.

 But the other day te Judge has gone and made it very clear  he will not treat this case  as a fat track case, it will  take its own sweet time, so let us be patient.
