WHY IS RUSSIA PLAYING AT THE EURO CUP 2020.?

 I have two questions here  the first is what  was Russia doing  at the  EURO CUP 2020. As it falls in  Asia and not Europe.

The second question I had was as Russia is banned from taking part in any sports  for a period of four years.  By W.A.D.A WORLD ANTI DOPING ASSOCIATION .

 That means  they are not supposed to play at the EURO CUP 2020. You must understand that Russia  is banned from taking part  at both Olympic 2021 in Tokyo and also by F.I.F.A  , for the 20222 world cup in Qatar .

Now athletes  from Russia  can only take part at he Olympics   as from a neutral country and the Russian flag can not be used either.

 So  Why was the  Russian flag and national anthem played at the Euro Cup 2020.?

 Why did Aleksandr Ceferin  even allow Russia to take part  in the first place/?

 Is Aleksandr Ceferin a big friend of president Putin ? 

 Mind you   Russia not only played in the Euro Cup 2020. their city were hosting games  and a quarter final was also played in Russia.

 U.E.F.A  should hang their heads in shame.

 They are only bothered in stopping the EUROPEAN SUPER LEAGUE, and that is now at EUROPEAN COURT OF JUSTICE. U,E,F,A were  given a tight slap on their face by the Judge.
