The Spanish forward Pedro Rodriguez , who is a former Barcelona and Chelsea player , is a graduate from the famous youth academy of Barcelona ,called the LA MASIA , THE CASTLE.
Now Jose Mourinho has said that Pedro was surplus to the club.
Pedro has now signed up for the other rival club if Rome Lazio.
He is on a two year deal with Lazio now.
It is usually not common that a footballer will join Roma and then move to Lazio,or the other way round.
Now the last time a player moved from A.S.Roma to Lazio was in the year 1981, and the player was Carlo Perone , and that was forty years ago mind you.
Pedro has agreed not to take his salary for he month of August even.
