Manchester United fans must have been asking why the French world cup winner RaphaelVarane has not joined the club as yet.
The french footballer is facing two problems one hs visa has nt yet arrived.
And the second problem is that when he does return to England ,he will have to spend 14, fourteen days in quarantine.
After those fourteen days only can he have a medical check up and hen only sign the contract.
The entire thing will take three weeks.
