U.E.F.A are planning to do away with the FINANCIAL FAIR PLAY Rules, and in its place introduce the salary cap for all clubs in Europe.
Clubs failing to trim their wages will nt be allowed to register new players , as we saw it in Spain this summer transfer window was absolutely dull.
Spanish clubs found it very hard to sell players andeven buy ad register new players with he Spanish La Liga.
And a new thing will also be introduced called LUXURY TAX. This is a common basket and clubs that have failed to trim down their yearly salary that each club will be told to trim down to .
So of a club for ex.ample failed to trim down their salary of say 20,twenty million pounds, then the club will have to pay U..E.F.A. a fine of 20 twenty million pounds., it will be put in a basket and kept seperate it will be divided between every club in the end of he year,
But please note then this has to be approved by U.E.F.A in their meeting in Switzerland. in the month of September.
