WAS IT RIGHT FOR THE SPANISH LA LIGA TO INTRODUCE THE SALARY CAP THIS YEAR.

 This year Spain introduced the Salary cap for clubs playing in the La Liga.But was it the correct decision.?

 Here you must know that the rules in Europe and football as a whole, is controlled and ruled by U.E.F.A..

 And all the rules and if  there are changes in the rules are done in the office of the  U.E.F.A  in Switzerland.

 And U.E.F.A are going to have a meeting in Switzerland in te month of September., their agenda will be mainly on  introducing a salary cap for all football clubs in Europe. So the question is did the Spanish La Liga and Javier Tebas act legally in introducing the salary cap in Spain.
