WHAT DID ALEKSANDR CEFERIN AND JAVIER TEBAS SAY ABOUT HE CASE LOST N THE COMMERCIAL COURT MADRID?

 So the jufdge handling the case  filed by the European Super League, against the U.E.F.A..

 , was a Manuel Ruiz De Lara , and he told U.EF.a that it had to rewind all the actions such as fines banning ,restricting club and players  and they can not take any action in the clubs and failing this he may press heavy fines and start criminal charges against U.E.F.A.

 Now Aleksandr Cefein te president of U.E.F.A and Javier Tebas the president of the Spanish La Liga and  he is also a senior executive for U.E.F.A.

 These two were shameless and very disrespectful and disgusting. Javier Tebas said we know how he works for real Madrid, the verdict does not surprise us at all. Aleksandr Ceferin said this verdict does not bother us as we ave our headquarters in Switzerland ,and it is  not part of the E.U., the case which is being heard  t the EUROPEAN COURT OF Justice part of he European Union,so even will not be binding  on us as we are not part of the European Union.

 Now the plan of U.E.F.A  was to ban Real Madrid , Barcelona and Juventus from playing in the Champion League for two years.

 But then a magistrate  from the Federal Court od Switzerland, or The Supreme Court,, had sent a notice to U.E.F.A  which clearly warned U.E.F.A that they can not ban the three clubs Real Madrid, Barcelona  and Juventus from playing in the champion league. And said U.E.f.a were stopping innovation.

 U.E.F.A then sent letters to Real Madrid, Barcelona and Juventus inviting them to pay in the champion league for 2021/.2022. 

 So loks like the EUROPEAN SUPER LEAGUE will be here sooner then later.
