The Egyptian footballer Mohamed Salah , has told his club Liverpool that he wants a weekly salary of half a million pounds or 500,000 five hundred thousand pounds.
Now this is not at all going to go down well with he Liverpool board, as the club is a very proud and very old club and do nt believe in such huge weekly salaries should be given to it's players.
If you look at it closely the highest paid Liverpool player today is the Dutch defender Virgil Van Dijk who is now getting only 220,000 two hundred thousand pounds as a weekly salary.
And thatto he is getting that after he signed a new contract with Liverpool.
Now the advantage Liverpool have here is that he has still got two years to run on his contract, so the club have ample of time to sort it out.
