REAL MADRID , BARCELONA AND JUVENTUS HAVE WRITTEN A LETTER TO U.E.F.A WARNING ALEKSANDR CEFERIN.

 Now the three clubs in Europe tat have refused to  stop court proceeding at he European Court of Justice in Luxembourg, over he case for he right of he EUROPEAN SUPER LEAGUE.

 Now  out of twelve clubs that formed the European Super League, nine have now returned back to U.E.F.A  . Only Juventus, Barcelona and  Real Madrid have refused to dissolve the European Super League, this has angered U.E.F.A..

 The E.S.L had taken U.E.F.A , to the Commercial court in Madrid, they won their case against U.E.F.A 

 And the judge Manuel Ruiz Del Lara  had warned U.E.F.A, that they can not fine,ban, dissolve, restrict discriminate any of the twelve clubs.  Failing which the court could be fining or file criminal charges against U.E.F.A..

 Now U.E.F.A planned to  ban the three rebel clubs from the champion league for two years..

 But hen the Federal Court of Switzerland, had sent a notice to U.E.F.A warning them totake bavck the three clubs for this years champion league, thenU.E.F.A obliged the clubs and sent hem letters ofiintaton for champion league.

 Now U.E.F.A have gone and more or less expelled Barcelona, Real Madrid and Juventus, from the E.C.A  the EUROPEAN CLUB ASSOCIATION. But my question s if these  three are out of the E.C.A how can tey play in the champion league?

 Now Real Madrid,Barcelona and Juventus have written stern letter to U.E.F.A warning them that hey are acting against he Courts verdict  ad could have to face consequences. in court again..

 But he trouble here is Aleksandr Ceferin has  far too much pride , ego and arrogance . He refuses to to listen to any court even the European court of justice, he says we are not part of he E.u our office is in Switzerland., a non E.U country.
