Well well te mighty U.E.F.A have come crashing down hard, after it was told by a court in Madrid Spain, had earlier warned U.E.F.A not to dissolve, fine ban,restrict or do anything to affect the proceeding in ithe case filed by The European Super League..
U.E.F.a said hat hey do nt consider the courts decision in Commercial courts judge Manuel Ruiz De Lara,who warned U.E.F.a. U.E.F.A aid they will not abide by the ruling ogf either the Commercial court in Spain, or the European court of justice in Luxembourg. As U.E.F.A have their office in Switzerland , a non E.U country.
But U.E.F.A had planned to ban Barcelona , Real Madrid and Juventus from this years champion league, but he FEDERAL COURT OF SWITZERLAND, the say Supreme Court of Switzerland had sent a notice to U.E.F.a warning hem not to ban the three clubs. And said that it can nt stop te European Super League , it stops INNOVATION..
Now U.E.F.a have said that according to a ruling in a Spanish court, U.E.F.A have decided to drop all legal proceedings against Barcelona , Real Madrid and Juventus. All their decisions are now null and void. No fines of 25, twenty five million pounds, and no cut of 5, five percent yearly money from U.E.F.A will be cut,and no thirty points will be deducted. If he European Super League proceeds in the future.. But Why did U.E.F..A suddenly listen to a court ruling they had no respect for make such a big difference?
It appears the Federal Court of Switzerland must have warned U.E.F.A. that they have no chance to wina case..
