U.E.F.A WILL NOW BE INTRODUCING THE SALARY CAP IN EUROPE AFTER THEIR SEPTEMBER MEETING.

 And now Aleksandr Ceferin has the president o f  U.E.F.A has now hinted that the FINANCIAL FAIR PLAY RULE will be cancelled and in it's place the Salary cap will come in place  after their meeting this month.

 And if clubs do over spend and cross the salary cap  then they would have  to pay a tax called the Luxury tax  Which means suppose a club will  cross the salary cap for the year  then they would have to pay the same amount  for example Chelsea  have gone and spent twenty million pounds , ten Chelsea will have to pay U.E.F.A twenty million pounds ,and hat twenty million pounds would be put in a pit and would be equally distributed  among all the clubs in he EUROPEAN CLUB Association.

 But it is going to be very hard to sell players to trim wages and remain in the Salary cap.

 We saw te huge trouble Barcelona had , and they could nt register Lionel Messi , as they could nt trim the wages in time  to fall in e salary cap.

 clubs will have to spend more money on developing youngsters from their youth academy.
