ACTUALLY SPEAKING OLE GUNNAR SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN MADE A PERMANENT MANAGER ONLY INTERIM MANAGER.

 Actually speaking Ole GunnarSoljkaer  is only  fit to be a interim manager ,a short time deal oy. And instead f going and making him a permanent deal,at that time a better  manager could have ben found. 

 Now in the middle of a season, you will not find good managers  , all-have a summer on contracts and-not a January contract..

 And some are asking to much of a salary and want sacks of money to buy players.
