The French footballer Kareem Benzema,who is facing charges for blackmailing fellow French footballer Matthieu Valbunuba , over somesex tapes.
His case came for hearing in te city of Versailles , but for two days he ha failed to appear in hte court..
Yesterday the his lawyers told the court hat Kareem Benzema , could not be there in peson in court, as he as in Madrid, Spain and to professional reasons he could not be here i n person, as he was prepairing tto pay for Champion League game and play Barcelona in the weekend.
The lawyers said he should be served with a ten mounts suspended sentence, and a huge fine of 5,000 seventy five thousand Euros.
