PEOPLE DO NOT UNDERSTAND THE PROBLEM FACING BARCELONA AND THE SPANISH LA LIGA.

 The Spanish la Liga  have a salary cap from the year 2013. Each club has a different amount to spend on salaries only, please note we are not talking of buying a player.

 Now Ansu Fati ha signed  a six year deal with Barcelona ad has a buyout clause of one Billion poundsas well.

 Please note he  joined Barcelona's youth academy called THE LA MASIA,the castle.,on a free , and now it was renew of the contract., so no money was exchanged.So  te question of a club in debt does not arise here..

 Here as long as Barcelona control their salaries  te can register a new player, once you cross it then tis not possible to renew and register a player by he Spanish La Liga.
