IGOR BELANOV WON THE BALLOON d'OR IN THE YEAR 1986.

 In th year 1986 Igor Belanov,from  Russia ,and later played for Ukraine  as well.

 Now he won the Balloon d OR in the year 1986, 

But naturally people wanted Diego Maradona  to win the Balloon  d'Or  some even wanted Gary Linekar , has he had scored six goals and won the Golden Boot as well.
