1) Money is very tight and so are the salary cap on Barcelona, for next year  it will only 86, eighty six million pounds, a very big cut from 556 million pounds in the good old days.

 So buying players for big  money , and big salaries ,those days are over.

 2) The footballers  are mostly 17,18 to 22 years of age, so do not expect anything magical under Xavi, no pressure must be put on these boys at his age they are doing well., so please give them alll  the time.
