Both Arsenal and Barcelona are giving heir highly talented youngsters more and more playing time.
And I am delighted that these youngsters have accepted their big chance with both hands and are shining brightly.
Barcelona did this thing with their youth from 2009 /2015 and this team was the strongest they won nine major trophies in three years . including a treble trophy.
Barcelona had players like Lionel Messi, Xavi Hernandez, Andres Iniesta,Gerard Pique, Carles Puyol,victor Valdez and others.
After all youth are the future pillars on the pitch.
