The main reasons were Buying of Romelu Lukaku 97 million pounds, Jack Grealish 100 million pounds, Raphael Varane 42,forty two million pounds, Jadon Sancho 72 million pounds.
So out of the five main football leagues in Europe the second country to spend big money was Italy , who spent 500, five hundred million pounds, exactly half of what England clubs spent.
