RENE MEULENSTEEN SAID MANCHESTER UNITED SHOULD HAVE SIGNED PEP GUARDIOLA OR JURGEN KLOPP IN 2013.

 Rene Meulensteen  has said that after Sir Alex  Ferguson did retire as the manager of Manchester United , in the year 2013 .
