WHO IS NADIA NADIM FROM A REFUGEE TO A DANISH FOOTBALLER

 This is the story of Nadia Nadim  from a  daughter of a army general in Afghanistan, who was executed  by the Taliban , to a refugee and in Europe to be a doctor a surgeon that too.Clearly shows the sky s the limit.

She was  born in He rat Afghanistan, after her father was executed  her mother and four sisters  fled to Pakistan on forged  documents .

From Pakistan they moved to Italy, with the idea of moving to London, as they had relatives living there in London. They were smuggled out of Italy  and after paying big money for all five of them they traveled illegally hoping to  reach London. And Instead of seeing the Big Ben they saw trees in a deserted place, they found out that they were smuggled to Denmark.

 While at a refugee  camp one day  she saw  a few girls kicking a football , but she was scared to ask to join them . A few days later she picked up courage to ask to join the game , that was the start  to it all.

 She could not get a Danish citizen till 18 years. And the law said  she should stay there for five years. But Denmark exempted this law and gave Nadia Nadim  Danish citizen She has played 99 times for Denmark , she has also played club football  for P.S.G and Manchester City as well.

 Now a doctor a surgeon , who said education and sports do not  go hand in hand.

 She is the first footballer from Denmark to get a NIKE contact.
