Chelsea will be making a better offer to Seville to buy their French central defender Jules kounde. They had tried to get him in the January transfer window, but the deal did not go through.
Chelsea are finding it very difficult as tree defenders have run out their contract , and will be free agents in te summer transfer window.
And Jules kounde on his part wants to play for a real big club in Europe and challenge for a champion league
