But after the illegal invation of Ukraine by Russia , EU ,England and U.S.A have frozen bank accounts of Russian and friends of president Putin, and Roman Abramovich, was a very big friend of Vladimir Putin.
He may demand Chelsea pay him the 1.6 one point six billion pounds., if Chelsea do pay him then the club will go bankrupt.
