SO IS THE EUROPEAN SUPER LEAGUE CRUSHED OR ALIVE>/

The fans mainly from the six clubs in England  think they crushed the European Super League in two days, and that is nt he end of it, it is very much alive and in te European Court of Justice in Luxembourg. 

 Actually the president of the European Super League Florentina Peres had filed a case in the Commercial court in Madrid.And he Judge Luis De Lara , cautioned U.E.F.A  from banning , demoting clubs, fining  and expelling the clubs from  the champion league .But the U.E.F.A president Alexandra Ceferin syd we have not bound by the Spanish court ,as we are having head office in Switzerland , neither will the European Court Of Justice affect us, as we are not members of the E.U.

 But the Federal court of Switzerland , equal to the supreme court, sent a notice   to U.E.F.A  , telling them that they can  not expel Real Madrid, Barcelona and Juventus , from this years champion league. So U.E.F.A included the three clubs in is years champion league.,and cancelled the fines of twelve clubs.

 So U.E.F.A have been beaten in two courts in the case so far.Now we wait for the final decision from the European court of Justice,that result will apply to all European countries not ony in Spain.
