 According to the B.B.C investigation into the secret papers of the rigged auction of a oil  company from the Russian Government  in the year 1995. And this is how he made a few Billion pounds crookedly.He bought a Russian oil company from the Government in the year 1995 for a sum of  250 Million Dollars or 190 Million pounds.He ten resold the oil company back to the Government  for a very huge profit of  13 thirteen Billion pounds in the year 2005 .

 So it is clear that he has made his Billions through criminal ways.
