CHELSEA CAN NOT BUY FUEL WITH CREDIT CARD OF BARCLAY BANK.

 Chelsea can no longer buy fuel for their buses  as  their credit d.card of Barclay Bank is suspended temporarily.

 This plain horrible for the Chelsea club and the Chelsea,fans sadly.
