Chelsea were denied the right to sign the goalkeeper Gabriel Slonina from the U.S club Chicago Fire.
They had agreed to buy the goalkeeper for a sum of 6,six million pounds..But the talks had gone for almost a conclusion .
But then Chelsea were reminded that they are facing sanctions England ,and can no longer buy, sell, or even renew any contract.
