CHELSEA WILL NOW MISS OUT ON SOME NEW STARS.

 Chelsea were a very busy club  , working from behind on buying a few players in the summer transfer window.

 They rally had big plans of buying a winger in Ousmane Dembale from Barcelona.

And they wanted  also to buy the French central defender Jules Kounde from Seville.

 And the third player they wanted was Declan Rice.

But it appears there plans are all come to a standstill , due to the sanctions put on Chelsea.
