Roman Abramovich just can not waive out a debt owed by Chelsea to a tune of 1.5 one and a half Billion pounds. According to t F.A rules a club can only have aloss of 0 ninety million pounds for aperiod of three years.
And Queen Park Rangers tried to waive a smaller amount as debt ,but were not allowed.
And had to face a investigation .
Now Chelsea o must face a investigation , which could mean points deducted for the new season.
