As he has decided not to sell the club to bidders from countries that have put sanctions on Russia.
Most of the top bidders were from U.K , U.S.A and South Korea, all three have put sanctions on Russia.
Demotion and under the administrator are a real possibility
So let us see who eventually buys Chelsea? ,these Chelsea fans will be hopping mad then.
