RUSSIA CAN NOT BID FOR HOSTING EITHER EURO OR A WORLD CUP.

 Now Russia were expelled from the 2022 world cup in Qatar , by U.E.F.A and F.I.F.A , for their invation of Ukraine.

But now Russia have gone and made a last minute   bid to host the 2028 Euro Cup or for e matter Euro cup 2032

 But Russia can be very well assured  tat they have absolutely zero chance of hosting the tournament in either of these two yeas.

 Now for that we looking at he constitution of U.E.F.A and article eleven . Which clearly stats that if a country is banned from any competition , if it is champion league, Euro Cup or a world cup . They can not host or even bid for that tournament.

 And Russia have lost their Case of e world cup ban by C.A.S.
