Now Chelsea face more bad news  their bankers BARCLAY have now gone a closed their account temporally  .

But what is not clear is for how many days will it remain closed for.

One report  said that Barclay  have sent the licence agreement between the Chelsea club and the English government .

Is now being studied by their lawyers  in depth, after it is cleared the bank will allow, but te big question is when.
