U.E.F.A PLAN TO SCRAP THE SALARY CAP PLAN AND FOLLOW FINANCIAL FAIR PLAY RULES.

 THE agenda for the U.E.F.A 's two day meeting  will now most likely decide to scrap the plan which was approved  in their A.G/M on 9/9/2021. In which it was decided that all the clubs in the E.C.A European club association , would have to follow the salary cap rule, which is followed in the Spanish La Liga.

 And the question I ask here is if that rule of salary cap was not introduced , how is it  still followed by clubs in Spain.

 U.E.F.A plan to modify their Financial Fair Play Rules. It has more loopholes. and il clubs like Manchester City ,Chelsea and P.S.G  will be benefiting . As the P.S.G president is also the president of E.C.A.
