U.E.F.A WANTED TO REMOVE THE JUDGE FROM THE COMMERCIAL COURT IN MADRID .

 Now  according  to The Guardian ,. U.E.F.A  tried very hard to see to it that Spanish Judge Manuel Ruiz De Lara  from working in case filed by the founders of the European Super League Juventus, Real Madrid ad Barcelona.U.E.F.A failed in their attempt to change the Judge.

Now judge Manuel Ruiz De Lara of the Commercial court f Madrid in his hearing , he said the U.E.F.A should not ban , fine  expel discriminate any club of the 12 European Super League clubs, and could not ban any players from playing for club and country.Such as  a Euro cup  Champion League or world cup.

Now he even sent a referral to the European Court of Justice. in Luxembourg .

 But the president of U.E.F.A have said that the European court of Justice and the Commercial court of Justice ,make no difference to U.E.F.A , s their headquarters re in Switzerland, they re not part of the European Union.
