COULD U.E.F.A KINDLY EXPLAIN WHY SPAIN HAS A SALARY CAP WHILE U.E.F.A HAVE OT INTRODUCED IT IN THE E,C.A.

I would like to ask U.E.F.A  , and the president of U.E.F.A Aleksandr Ceferin , why is there a SALARY CAP only in te Spanish La Liga.? Even though there are 640 six hundred and forty clubs  in t E,C.A EUROPEAN CLUB ASSOCIATION .

 Now U.E.FA in their annual General body meeting in the year 2021 it was passed , as he said that a salary cap would be introduced by U.E.F.a , similar to the basketball and N. H.L. nd clubs if they spent for example spent ten million pounds over heir salary cap.they would have to pay U.E.F.A ten Million pounds.Which would be divided by the clubs in E.C.A..

 Now in this years meeting U.E.F.A they decided to not to introduce  the salary cap,but to stay with the FINANCIAL FAIR PLAY RULE..

 So as things stand who has given the Spanish La Liga the salary cap yearly.

 So who decided to introduce  the Salary cap in the Spanish La Liga., was it the president of the Spanish La Liga.Javier Tebas,now he is a senior executive in U,E,F.A and he hates Juventus , Barcelona and Real Madrid., mainly of the EUROPEAN SUPER LEAGUE,.

 Plase have the  same law  in all the clubs in te E,C.A under U.E.F.A.
