It is a year now since the European Super League was rejected by the fans pundits and the public.
But mind you it s not dead and buried as many think.
The founders of the European Super League Real Madrid, Juventus and Barcelona., had filed a case against U.E.F.A in the Commercial court of Madrid,and Judge Manuel Ruiz Del Lara , warned U.E.F.A , nt to fine, ban, restrict club and players from U,E.FA and F.I.F.A not to ban clubs from Champion League or from world cup. But still U.E.F.A tried to ban Juventus, Real Madrid and Barcelona from this years champion league..
But the Federal Court of Switzerland st U.E.F.A a stern warning and told them to add Real Madrid ,Barcelona and Juventus to be added to this years champion league .U.E.F.A obeyed Switzerland Supreme court.
Now the case was transferred to THE EUROPEAN COURT OF JUSTICE, in Luxembourg
The result will be for all countries in Europe. But F.I.F.A and U.E.F.A say that it will not apply to them as theirhead office is n Switzerland, a none E..U. country.
It should be out in the end of this year,
As te European Super League is not dissolved by the court ,there are 12tweve clubs and not three clubs in the E.S.L.
