Now after te founders of the European Super League Real Madrid, Barcelona and Juventus had filed a case in the Commercial court in Madrid, and the judge Manuel Ruiz Del Lara, had w warned U.E.F.A , not t fine, ban , expel clubs from U.E.F.A or the E.C.A, and not to discriminate players and clubs and not to stop players playing in the champion league Euro Cup or world cup..
But now a court in Madrid and another judge, has lifted the injunction,allowing U.E.F.A to punish the three rebel clubs. But it is doubtful that they will punish now.
But Mauel Ruiz Del Lara filed a referral in the European Court of Justice, as he said that the verdict applied only in Spain but E.C.J in Luxembourg , will apply to all of Europe.
So legally speaking has this injunction be valid in Europe?
The final hearing from the E..C.J will be out in the end of the year.
Fans and pundits do nt et to excited until te court cancels or dissolves the European super League is well and alive.
