AS CHELSEA IS SOLD TO MAT BOHELY I HAVE TWO QUESTIONS?

 Now that Chelsea  is officially sold to the American Matt Bohely, the co owner of Los Angles DodgersSand te Los Angles Lakers.

 Now i believe that Chelsea is sold and te keys of Chelsea are handed over to Matt Bohely.

Q.!. As Roman Abramovich is a jew and is holding a Israeli passport, ,and he also hns a Portuguese passport.

 So because of this Portugal had to approve of the -sale of Chelsea.. So has Israel also approved of he sale of Chelsea Israel will have to sign and put  the rubber stamp to make it official..

 Q2)  Roman Abramovich had clearly stated  that he would never ever sell Chelsea, to a part which country has gone and put sanction on Russia..

 But I am sure te U.S.A put sanctions on Russia and Matt Bohely is a American citizen.

 What happened no Russian came forward to buy Chelsea?

 Wipekadia says he is a American citizen so should tat sale  hae gone through.
