Javier Tebas , who is the president of the Spanish La Liga, has come forward to say that Barcelona can not rally buy the Polish striker Robert Lewandowski, from the German club Bayern Munich.
He say unless Barcelona sell a few players or for the matter assets the sale will not e registered by the Spanish La Liga.
and here quie a few will have to be sold so that Barcelona can fall into their allotted Salary cap.
