Legally the deal is not yet yet done and dusted as yet,as the English government must be satisfied and they must sign it and place their rubber stamp on it.
And after they are satisfied the English Premier Lague must also approve te deal and-sign it and put their rubber stamp on it.
Then only will the deal go through., it will change hands only after the new owners of Chelsea can get a new license to operate, he one now expires on 31/5/2022
Now Matt Bohely has agred to the teterms set b Roman Abramovich tat he can ot pay any dividends, nor can he selll any shares of Chelsea fr ten long years.
The Russian has sold the club so move on .
