 Now Roman Abramovich is a jew and is holding a Israeli passport.And has bought property in Tel Aviv..

 But my question here as he is holding a Portuguese passport a well , and now the Chelsea sale deal which was cleared by he F.A and the English government,will have to e now cleared by the European Union and also the Portuguese government..

 But will not he Chelsea sale deal also have to e cleared by the Israeli government.?

 So then only can be legally declared sold deal.
