NOW THE SALE OF CHELSEA TO TODD BOHELY IS CLOSER WITH PORTUGAL APPROVING THE SALE.

 Now the sale of Chelsea to the American Todd Bohely , is nearer to completion  as Roman Abramovich  ha a Portuguese  passport ,so Portugal will also ave to go through the sale deal and approve of it.

 Now Both England and Portugal  have gone and approved it.

 But the big question I ask here is as Roman Abramovich is a Jew he also ha a Israeli passport.

 So legally speaking Israel to should approve of the sale deal of Chelsea,can the sale deal get cleared with out the approval f Israeli government?
