SO EXACTLY WHAT IS PREVENTING THE CHELSEA DEAL TO GO THROUGH?

 The Government made it very clear when sanctions were put on Roman Abramovich , it was made amply clear ,that no money in any form  all the entire money would go into a frozen account ad be used to finance the rebuilding of te war torn Ukraine..

 But he Chelsea fans say it is hs money and he can decide what to do.It is nt like that when money is frozen by te Government you no longer have te right to it.

Thia was the real problem facing the Chelsea sale.

 The picture is rather complicated  here as Roman Abramovich parent company Fordstam  Ltd, is owing a sum of 1,6,one point six Billion pounds to a company in New Jersey called Camberley International Investments..a company with suspected connection to Romam Abramovich.

 So legaly speaking no money can go to a account having Roman Abramovich 's name.

 So you silly Chelsea fans please understand the problem.
