 Now when Roman Abramovich had gone and put up Chelsea for sale,, after te armed invasion of Ukraine by Vladimir Putin.

 Now U.S.A , European Union and England were swift to go and ut sanctions on Russia and all the close friends of Mr Putin, who all gained billions of pounds with his help.. And Roman Abramovich foundut tat he huge wealth and property were all frozen..

 He had made it very clear that he would not be  selling Chelsea to any American, English or E.U member.
