SO WHERE WILL THE MATT BOHELY PAY THE CHELSEA MONEY?

 Now more or less Chelsea has a new owner in Matt Bohley..

 But the question asked by many people is where will  the money be paid. too.

Now the new owners of Chelsea must deposit a sum of  2. Billion pounds. to a secret account operated by the ruling Government , and nothing will go into the hands of Roman Abramovich.

 The entire sale of Chelsea was worth 4. 5   four point five Billion pounds., the balance may come once the Government approves of the sale and sign and put their rubber stamp on the deal and the final amount will be paid when te English Premier League approve of the sale deal  and sign and use their tuber stamp.
