Arsenal were said to be close to be buying the young Brazilian winger Marquinos from Sau Paulo in Brazil.
The amount was three million pounds only for he 19, nineteen year old boy.
The price fell because the Brazilian club gave him a five year contact. But the F.I.F.A rules clearly say a fifteen year old can not be given five year deal, it ha to be three years or less. So he is a free agent in the summer.
But it now it appears had signed a contract to join Wolves .
So now the matter will be sorted out in court.
