THE CHELSEA SETTLEMENT IS NOT AT ALL TRUE.

 There was a report te other day which said that the sale of Chelsea, could be completed in  a weeks time.

 But that is not yet  alltrue and the government said it is premature to say it is all done and dusted.

 The sticking point here is th 1.6.one point six million pounds which is a loan .
