 Now when Marquinos was 16, sixteen years old at Sau Paulo te club made him sign a five year contract at the club.

 But according to F.I.F.A rules no club can sign a sixteen year old oy on a five year deal it should not be more then three ears.

 So now legally speaking Marquinos  is completing three years at Sau Paulo,and in the summer transfer window he could be a free agent. .
